Questions
When should I start looking for my dress?
We suggest starting to look for your dress 8 to 12 months prior to your wedding.
Production of dresses are normally around 5 to 6 months. Then we need a few weeks for alterations if needed.
What if my wedding date is sooner than the production time?
We do have the option of a rush fee at an additional cost depending on your wedding date.
There are also sample dresses of previous collections as we have new stock coming in all the time. These dresses can be purchased off the rail.
What should I know about the fitting?
Our time slots are 90 minutes during weekdays and 60 minutes on Saturdays. Three guests are allowed per fitting (four people bride included). We do not have a limit to the dresses fitted in your timeslot and chosen package.
We assist one bride at a time which means the studio is closed for your exclusive fitting.
Please note, NO PICTURES are allowed to be taken. Please ensure your guests are aware of our policy.
Reminder to wear nude underwear.

How does my dress order work?
With order 50% non refundable deposit is payable and the balance only due on completion of the dress. The dress will only be shipped / couriered once full payment has been received.
For sample sales, full payment is required.
How does alterations work?
All alterations are done inhouse.
Minor adjustments are included in the dress price (hem and shoulders). Any additional changes to the dress will be quoted on.
Alteration appointments (30 minutes) only available Mondays – Fridays.
Alterations should to be completed 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
